Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Federal Home ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Federal Home ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Our Commitment
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of order placement, however, orders placed over the weekend or during our seasonal spike times may incur a delay in shipment. All backordered items will ship promptly upon being restocked. Ashmore Marine Products is not a delivery service or carrier. We cannot control USPS. We do our best to ship your package as promptly as possible but we cannot control shipping delays that may happen. Every order will receive tracking information when it is shipped. Please check your email for this information. If you do not see it, be sure to check your email junk folder.
