Doug DeLuca is the Founder of Federal Construction Company, LLC. Doug DeLuca serves as the firm’s designer and maintains all operations. Mr. DeLuca’s work has been featured in numerous publications as well as receiving national design awards including Designer of Distinction Award from The Viking Range Corporation, Who’s Who in Design and Water Shapes Magazine. Mr. DeLuca currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Arlington House Foundation at Arlington National Cemetery and has served on the Board of Directors of The Washington Animal Rescue. Mr. DeLuca resides in Virginia with his wife and two children.
